Weekly Prayer Vigil
Numbers 24:9. The nation is like a mighty lion;
When it is sleeping, no one dares wake it.
Whoever blesses Israel will be blessed,
And whoever curses Israel will be cursed.

Our mission is to provide a positive, loving, and friendly atmosphere for our teens to feel empowered to share and discuss topics of their choices, such as school issues, bullying, low self-esteem, image issues, and depression. We want to help uplift their spirits and bring healing and restoration back to them. Another very important aspect of this ministry is to create an outlet to serve as a ‘safe-haven’ for them to feel free to express themselves, as well as share with their peers on any issues or questions that may be difficult to share at home or school. Our goal is to bring encouragement, to strengthen self-esteem, and build confidence, which will cause them to recognize that their beauty, value, and validation can only be found through Christ. We plan to help each child by listening to them and guiding them through Biblical principles! With the guidance and support of our trained ministers, leaders, and pastors, we will help strengthen and empower them to become stronger in the teachings of Christ. Children only need the RIGHT outlet with additional listening ears, which will enable them to talk and to also know that God cares and loves them! Every second, as well as, every opportunity, is used to display love and to speak encouragement into a child’s life, which matters! That one moment can be life altering and can help our youth to become positive and influential figures to their generation! Your past and where you come from does not determine your future and where you are going!

The JMGC “Far above Rubies Women’s Ministry” is issuing a strong clarion call to all the magnificent women of God, who believes in the power of prayer and fasting. Come one! Come all! We welcome women of all ages, including teens and children, to participate in our bi-monthly intercessory prayer and outreach ministry, which takes place the first and third Saturdays of each month, at 10:30 am at J.M.G.C. The Far Above Rubies Women’s ministry reflects the great value God Himself, has place upon His beautiful prayer queens. We are very precious in His sight, as stated in Proverbs 31:10, “Who can find a virtuous wife (woman)? For her worth is far above rubies.” Our commitment to prayer and intercession has brought us into our new season of blessings, increase, restoration and total recovery. Because we have faithfully stayed on course, God is opening up the windows of heaven and pouring out blessings we will not have room enough to receive in 2019 (Malachi 3:10). Our eyes have not seen, nor our ears heard, nor has it entered into our hearts, the things God has prepared for us in 2019, because we love Him (1 Cor. 2:9).
As God created man in His own image, God’s divine order to have man as the head is self-evident. The S.O.G. Men’s Ministry enables men from all backgrounds to gather in prayer and fellowship in order to strengthen, to uplift, to speak encouragement to one another, to receive revelation of God’s plan over their lives, and to become Men in Position. The word of God states in John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the TRUTH, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”. TRUTH brings freedom to live an abundant life in and through Christ. The men’s ministry leader, Pastor Christopher Cocroft Sr., who is a powerful man of faith, encourages all men, young and old, to come and join us in bonding fellowship, learning, and receiving the TRUTH together as men of God and brothers in Christ. John 8:32 states, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”. Prayer Meetings are held at 8:30am every second and last Saturday of every month.
