The mission of J.U.M.P. Ministries Global Church is found in the acronym of our name “Joyously Unveiling the Master’s Plan”. Our foundational scripture from Romans 8:19, gives our ministry a mandate to go forth into all of the world, presenting the gospel message of Jesus Christ. As a part of our mission, we strive to produce world changing disciples who will continue to carry the powerful message of Christ Jesus.

Bishop, Dr. Durone E. Hepburn
Bishop, Dr. Durone E. Hepburn is the Founder and Senior Pastor of J.U.M.P. Ministries Global Church (J.M.G.C.), Founder of Project Life Inc. Outreach Efforts, and J.U.M.P. Global Network. Dr. Hepburn is a world renown speaker and travels worldwide sharing God’s word for the past 30 years! Dr. Durone Hepburn is anointed in his gift of prophecy, a teacher of God’s word, and imparting his powerful message of Faith and demonstration of the Love of Christ. He is an influential leader dedicated in training the next generation of world changers and leaders, loves his community, loves serving the people, a beloved pastor, a devoted husband, and a proud father of two beautiful children.
First Lady Phuong Hepburn
Pastor and First Lady Phuong Lu-Hepburn serves as Co-Pastor of J.U.M.P. Ministries Global Church. She leads the “Far Above Rubies” Women’s Ministry, Women’s Prayer Meeting, Youth and Children’s Ministry. She is also the co-founder of J.U.M.P. Global Network and Project Life Inc. and serves besides her husband as JGNTV’s Executive Producer and Operation Management of all three organizations. They have two beautiful children, who are their greatest blessing and inspiration behind their vision and works! Lady Hepburn is of Chinese and Vietnamese descent, born in Saigon, Vietnam she migrated to America in 1986. She is from a Buddhist background but gave her life to Christ in 2007 and after much trials and tribulation of culture and religious backlash, she held onto the scripture found in Matthew 10:37-39, took up her cross and followed Christ. Her life has transformed and elevated through the power of the Holy Spirit and she continues to serve the Kingdom of God with passion and diligence.
Meet Our Associate Pastors
Christopher Lawrence Cocroft Sr., an Associate Pastor of Jump Ministries Global Church, joined the ministry in 1995 after moving here from New York City. He gave his life to Christ at age16 and was introduced to ministry under the late Pastor David Wilkerson of Times Square Church. After high school, he attended Summit Bible College, where he attained a degree in “Practical Theology”. Through a mutual friend, Pastor Cocroft was introduced to Dr. Hepburn. After meeting him, Dr. Hepburn invited him to visit the ministry. During his visit, Pastor Cocroft, felt God had called him to be a part of what God was doing in this ministry. God has blessed him to be able to serve in ministry with his son, Christopher Cocroft Jr. In serving 26 years, Pastor Cocroft has many times accredited the ministry with saving his life. He has adopted the heart of the ministry, to see young men and women reach their full potential in Christ.
Pastor Elliott serves as a very prominent part of our J.U.M.P. family, as an Associate Pastor, who sees herself as one who assist in building up the body of Christ. One of her favorite scriptures is Ecclesiastes 9:10, which adequately describes how she serves in ministry, it states, “whatever your hands find to do, do it with all of your might”. She became a part of Jump Ministries global church family in 1998 while she was in the midst of experiencing a difficult season in her personal life. After hearing a powerful radio sermon by Dr. Hepburn, she felt that the Lord was directing her to visit the ministry. She was able to experience how the Lord was using the ministry to draw many young people to Christ, and how their lives were being impacted by the Holy Spirit. She later connected with the ministry and has remained up to this present time. Pastor Elliott has ministered in every part of ministry, preaching, teaching, mentoring, presiding or just serving wherever there is a need. Pastor Elliott is a retired educator of 35 years from the Volusia County School Board, where she was a teacher and a guidance counselor. She continues to use her gifts to counsel and edify the body of Christ.
Lamond Plummer was born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida, and is an Associate Pastor of Jump Ministries Global Church. Growing up as the youngest of 3 brothers, he adopted a lifestyle of selling drugs. At a young age, he experienced the loss of his mother, which caused him to become empty and defiant. One day, in a hotel room, while waiting to go out for the night, he happened to turn on the tv, which was on a Christian channel. It was that moment; he knew God was speaking to him and drawing him to repentance. From that day forward in 1999, God led him to JUMP Ministries Global Church, where he has seen growth and a complete change in his life. As a result of faithfulness, God has blessed him with an amazing wife of 12 years, 4 beautiful children, and a thriving new business. He has gleaned and learned many lessons while serving in Leadership at JUMP Ministries Global Church. In March 2020, he was ordained as an Associate Pastor, which he states, “It is simply humbling, and a major call of service that I do not take lightly”.
